Our gym is built around providing group fitness classes in a supportive and none judgemental space. We have over 12 different class layouts which range from EMOMs, AMRAPs, AFAPs, Chippers, HIIT and many more!

We offer free 30 minute consultations for our members where one of our coaches is able to sit down with you and discuss goals, challenges and so much more. We believe this is important for our members as they always feel supported and our trainers know how to support you.

At The HIIT Studio we offer Creche, a childcare service during our midday classes. This means those in our community who have young ones to consider when training can come along for a good workout while not having to worry about finding someone to care for their children.

Body scans are awesome for those who like to see the stats on what their body is made up of. This helps to see what areas of your body are improving e.g. muscle gain or fat loss.

We are stoked to have teamed up with NTS Nutrition to provide nutritional support to our members. The knowledge the guys at NTS Nutrition provide is unbeatable, ensuring our members feel confident in the foods they are eating to support their training.

Throughout the year we provide different events for our members. We find these a great time for our members to connect and meet like-minded people, as well as getting together and participating in fun events.
Some of the events we have had recently are; our 3rd year birthday ball, The HIIT Run club (group helping each other train for the Queenstown Marathon), beat the coach competitions, and numerous fun-themed classes where our members can come to class wearing something fun and creative.

Each year we provide up to four challenges for our members to participate in. As well as our members, we invite new members to join our challenges to see if what we do is right for them. The challenges typically run between 6 to 12 weeks, and are a great opportunity for people to put their health and fitness first for a period of time.
When joining a challenge there are also many benefits including; access to body scans, nutritional support, stretching and recovery support, progress tracking and chances to win awesome prizes.
OUR 2023 CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGE 1:
THE SHIFT PROGRAM - BEGINS 24TH APRIL 2023
As we make the dreaded shift from sunny days, light and bright afternoons to morning frosts and dark evenings we know that this is the perfect time to SHIFT our mindset and Goal Focus to suit.
For the past 6 months we have been following a HIIT and Muscular Endurance Focus, giving you epic results toward improving your fitness and toning your physique.
The focus of our training over The SHIFT Program is to build stronger foundations, improving movements and preventing injury, balancing out muscular imbalances, maintaining a base of cardiovascular fitness and my personal fav, self development.
TRAINING:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we follow a progressive strength program, focusing on our main compound lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Shoulder press, Bench press, Pull ups etc.) complemented with fun accessory exercise finishers.
Tuesdays and Thursdays we focus on maintaining and working on our cardiovascular fitness. And finally, Saturdays we will have a Mix or Cardio and Strength based sessions.
On top of that, each week on a Sunday we are introducing…
“The Self Improvement Movement”
A new and much needed addition to the studio where you purposely give back to your body and mind to become the ultimate version of you. Sounds corny as **** , but you are Number 1 at the end of the day! Spending 1-2 hours per week on yourself, learning new movements or adding a new recovery/ relaxation tool.
We are talking Recovery sessions, Exercise Technique lessons, Yoga, Meditation and more.
CHALLENGE 2:
THE SLEUTH PROGRAM - BEGINS 31ST JULY 2023
The HIIT Studios mission is to make exercising enjoyable and something you look forward to showing up to week after week. Challenge 2 of 2023 may just be the best incentive to train yet....
As we shift into the second half of the year we always notice a drop in attendance, mood, and motivation!
We have created a team challenge to keep you motivated to show up consistently and train harder than ever before, all whilst enjoying becoming fitter and stronger in a team environment.
TRAINING:
We’ve decided to take it to a whole new level by adding a team race at the end of a ripper 6 weeks of training. This is your incentive to show up and train hard over the 6 weeks encouraging your team to stay consistent with you.
Over the 6 weeks you will see how you work as a team, learning your team's strengths and weaknesses to ensure you nail it come race day.
We will offer 3 race categories
Black - Social and fun
Polar - Semi competitive
Grizzly - Competitive
Week to week it is UP TO YOU to show up, to be consistent and to stop making excuses. You and your team will be encouraging each other to train hard, but ultimately we want to teach you self discipline and consistency. Habits once learnt, you won't want to drop.
CHALLENGE 3:
THE FINAL SHRED - BEGINS 2ND OCT 2023
Before we know it, the final stretch of the year rolls around!
This is usually when we get a bit panicked knowing that summer is fast approaching and we’re not feeling like our health and fitness is where we’d like it to be! We want you to step into summer feeling the fittest, healthiest and most confident you’ve felt, allowing you to take on whatever summer has to throw at you.
We have created The Final Shred to do just that!
We want every customer to feel happy, healthy and most importantly we want you functioning as the best version of YOU! And a massive part of that, is feeling confident mentally and physically, which is the main focus of this challenge!
TRAINING:
This challenge will bring out the fun, hype and personal competitive streak to be better, stronger, fitter and more confident than ever before.
The most important part of training and leading a healthy lifestyle is making sure it fits into YOUR life!
We want to teach you that that looks different for everyone, as we all lead different lives and have different commitments week to week!
It’s our job to teach you the right tools to make it work for YOU.
We will delve into your mindset toward training, work on creating a balanced lifestyle between work, friends, family and training and learn to adapt a balanced diet to enjoy your summer without restrictions or guilt.
