Welcome to Shift Mind and Body! We are a group fitness gym built around motivating and supporting our members with smashing their goals!
Lets get into it!
Our classes cater to a wide range of people! Whether you are new to training, or have been training your whole life, our classes are perfect for you.
HOW OUR CLASSES RUN:
If you have just joined our community, come to class 10 minutes early so one of our trainers can meet with you can get you ready for your first class!
WELCOME AND INTRO
To start our classes off one of our trainers will give you a run down of how the class is laid out and what timing you will follow during the workout.
This is also the time where our trainers will go through any notices and exciting events we may have and give you more information on those.
FULL DEMO
At the beginning of each class our trainers give you a full run down of the class and how it will run. You will then see a full demo of every exercise in the workout from our trainers to ensure there are no surprises along the way.
During the demo our trainers will also give other options for the exercises to either make them easier or harder, depending on what you require.
WARM UP
Following on from the demo your trainer will run everyone through a full body warm up. This is to ensure we are preventing injuries and making sure the muscles are warm and ready for an epic workout!
GET YOUR SWEAT ON!
Once you are warm and ready to go we get straight into the workout! During the workout your coaches will be there beside you correcting form and supporting you through the burn!
Our classes range in styles from AMRAPs, AFAPs, HIIT, chippers and more. This is to make sure our members are getting a good variety in their workouts, and ensuring no two classes are the same.
HIGH FIVES!
Once you have smashed the workout there are high fives all round! We are proud of the community we have at the HIIT Studio, where everyone supports each other smashing their goals.
STRETCHING TIME
A great way to finish any workout is with a good stretch! After our classes we all get together and have a full body stretch.
We do this to try and prevent any injuries and tightness following the class. Stretching also helps with flexibility which is also really important
KEEN TO GET STARTED?
We offer a trial pass that provides you with four classes to use over a two week period. This is a good chance for you to get in and give a selection of our classes a try to see if what we do is right for you!
