OUR CLASSES
Our classes range from cardio days with blood pumping and bodies sweating, to resistance days, slowing down and controlling the movement, correcting technique and making gains. There is a class suited to anyone and everyone! No one class is ever the same, keeping every workout interesting. Our experienced coaches are there every step of the way to make sure you are getting the most out of the session!
CARDIO FLUSH
This class is designed to keep your engine running for the full 35 minutes! With four back-to-back zones and three minute working sets, you will be flushing out your muscles and improving your stamina to help you keep up with what life has to throw at you!
HIIT CARDIO
A high intensity intermittent training session where you will burn maximum calories and train at an intensity only possible in short bursts. Attack each short work period with everything you have got and ensure your body burns fat for the next 36 hours after this session!
V2
V2, aka volume 2 is designed to help improve functional full body strength, muscular endurance and develop muscle tone throughout the body! This class is perfect for all fitness levels including beginners looking to build their muscular endurance.
RESISTANCE
Resistance training is designed to help improve muscle strength and muscle definition. These sessions are slow and technique driven giving the coaches time to personally correct your form for the maximum results. We encourage you to pick challenging weights to maximise benefits.
BURN
The session we love to hate! Get the best of both worlds- high intensity cardio mixed with high intensity resistance. Build lean muscle and melt fat away as you work through 4 blocks of high energy work. After sweating your way through a block of high intensity cardio, while the heart rate is still high, you enter the next block of high intensity resistance.
GRAVITY
Gravity is a full body, body weight session. Yes you read that right! No equipment required!! This class will test your mental toughness at your own level and teach you to push past the burn to get those results you are looking for. You will leave this class knowing you gave it your all!
HIRT
We promise it’s not as scary as it sounds! HIRT aka high intensity resistance training is a mix of both cardio and resistance exercises with a “you go, I go” layout aimed to provide you with support and encouragement from your partner! Every exercise has a beginners or advanced option meaning you can train with any of the HIIT crew no matter what fitness level you are!
POWER
Have you ever seen an unfit 100m sprinter? NO! But don’t worry this session doesn’t include any sprinting. Power will get you working all your fast twitch muscle fibres while taking on short sharp and explosive movements designed to improve your performance on the court or field.
TRIFECTA
A crowd favourite based on an EMOM (every minute on the minute) styled training. Within 60 seconds you aim to hit target reps choosing beginner, intermediate or advanced level. The harder you work, the more rest you get! We set the target reps, you take on the challenge!
SPICE
This class is designed to increase your overall mental and physical fitness! This class will challenge your personal capabilities and give you a sense of pride once the session is over! This class doesn't follow a set layout, we will keep you guessing each week! We aim to make this session fun, but also challenging.
SATURDAY SWEAT
On saturdays we sweat!! You don’t want to miss a saturday session! This is a fun and challenging class perfect to finish off your week of training. You will never see the same session on a saturday with the classes ranging from chippers, EMOMs, AMRAPs, AFAPs and more. Get in and set the tone for your weekend.
TONE ZONE
This class is designed to get that full body burn across three different zones, one targeting the upper body, one targeting the lower body and one to get that heart rate up and body sweating! 3x zones, 3x target areas and 3x the fun!
RECOVER
Looking for a class to take things slow and improve your mobility? Our most recent class edition Recover is what you need! We offer a recovery class, which is run in a 6 week block for you to learn how to get the most out of your recovery. Improve your joint range of motion and flexibility to help create better functional movement patterns.
During this class you will work on muscle stretches and joint mobility to ensure you are improving your functional movement. Stretching helps with any niggles you may have, and of course reduce your risk of injuries!
