For anyone who is new to exercise or group training er recommend coming to our resistance sessions in the beginning as this helps the coaches assess and correct your movement and technique at a slower pace, so when you get to the faster paced classes you can do the exercises safely and avoid injury.

Yes, absolutely! At the HIIT Studio we are able to adapt every exercise and workout to suit you! We demonstrate every exercise in the workout at the beginning during the intro/ demo so everyone is confident in what they are doing. We will then show an easier or harder alternative for an exercise when needed. Our coaches are always walking around checking form/ technique and if you’re looking lost we will guide you in the right direction if a member hasn’t helped you out already. We are very proud of the positive, welcoming and respectful vibe from our members, so there is no need to be worried on your first day! You won’t feel out of place or judged when you’re in our space.

Everyone has different starting points and goals! This factor will be the answer for you. If you are new to exercise we would recommend training 3x per week for the beginning and walking on the days you are not in the studio. If you have a specific goal this could change as well, e.g. if you’re training for a marathon you might benefit from coming 3x per week to build up the supporting muscles to avoidinjury. If you do train weights at the gym but need motivation for cardio you might want to come 2x per week to help get that done.
