Shift Mind and Body stands for making a personal goal and commitment to “shifting” your mindset to be the best version of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally! 

OUR PROMISE

In the beginning your goal may be to gain strength, lose weight, become toned, Improve your fitness etc. 

With the thought that cutting out XYZ foods and following a restrictive diet or training every chance you get will do the trick! 

It is our promise to teach you that this is not the key to seeing the results you want. Building a strong foundation to lead a happier, healthier lifestyle is the Key! 

We all have lives to live! Of course we want to feel good in that dress you’re wearing out to dinner, or have the fitness level to keep up with the kids/ work/ sport etc. But how are you meant to really enjoy those dinners with friends and family when you're too worried about what you're eating or if whoever it is likes the way you look in that dress? 

How will you have the time to run around with your kids when you have no energy from using it at the gym? Or avoid injury when you're over-training? Or even perform at work when you're tired and worn out from going to the gym every chance you get? 

 

Of course, ultimately this may still be the goal, but by shifting your mindset as to how you achieve this feeling or involvement is what we want to work with you to understand.

Our Mission at The HIIT Studio is to create a friendly and welcoming space for people of all walks of life to be their best! No matter where you are on your health and fitness journey, we cater to you! 

We don’t stand for bullying, judgment or comparison so commonly seen in gym spaces! When you walk through those doors our goal is to make sure everyone is equal and seen!

Living in a small town, it can be tough to get out and meet new people or do new things. We set out to create a fun, social community to one, make exercise enjoyable and two, for you to be able to step outside of your comfort zone and grow with like-minded people.

 We have the goal to make health and fitness a priority and an easy shift!
