Group Fitness Workouts
Our gym is built around providing group fitness classes in a supportive and none judgmental space. We have over 12 different class layouts which range from EMOMs, AMRAPs, AFAPs, Chippers, HIIT and many more!

Challenges
Each year we provide up to four challenges for our members to participate in. The challenges typically run between 6 to 12 weeks, and are a great opportunity for people to put their health and fitness first for a period of time.

Creche
At SHIFT we offer Creche, a childcare service during our midday classes. This means those in our community who have young ones can come along for a good workout and have not have to worry about organizing childcare.
WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON PROVIDING A SUPPORTIVE AND MOTIVATIONAL GYM FOR ALL OF OUR MEMBERS.
At The HIIT Studio we are proud to have built a really strong community over the past 3 years. Our trainers are motivated to encourage and support our members inside and outside of the gym to smash their goals. We believe we provide support in anything you require to smash your goals, from nutritional support to consultations and body scans. We have you sorted!
OUR CLASSES
We pride ourselves on providing a huge range of class styles for our members. We know how important variety in training is, so have ensured our members get that variety they need.
Our classes range from cardio days with blood pumping, bodies sweating to resistance days, slowing down and controlling the movement, correcting technique and making gains. There is a class suited to anyone and everyone! No 1 class is ever the same, keeping every workout interesting. Our experienced coaches are there every step of the way to make sure you are getting the most out of the session!
